There may be a number of reasons if you are having problems logging into your Community BI system.
Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Check your URL
- If you have an incorrect URL you will not be accessing the correct system. If you are unsure, check with your local system administrator.
- Check your username
- is it spelt correctly?
- Usernames are generally your first initial and lastname combined. If you are unsure, please check with your local system administrator.
- Are the letters in upper/lower case?)
- Usernames can be case sensitive. Try entering your username with all lower case letters.
- is it spelt correctly?
- Check your password
- Is CAPS Lock on?
- Passwords are case sensitive, check that CAPS lock and num lock are set correctly on your keyboard/Computer.
- Has it been reset recently?
- You may be using an old password, or made an error on the reset.

- Is CAPS Lock on?
- Is anyone else having the same problem?
- There may be an issue with the system – please contact your local system administrator to investigate further. They can contact support to follow up on the issue.
- Can you access other sites on the internet?
- If not the issue may be with your network – please contact your local IT support
