If you click on a Dashboard in the Repository or Library it will open in Display (view) mode.
In Display mode you view the dashboard, filter the dashboard (if you have a filter configured) and export the dashboard.
To edit the Dashboard you must right-click on the dashboard name in the Repository or Library and select Open in Designer…
