Often, Agencies are required to provide detailed reports to funding bodies or other authorised persons who may not have access to the BI system.
The Community BI system allows you to create reports and schedule them to run automatically at a predetermined time and date, as well as sending a copy to multiple email addresses.
The following video shows an example of a recurring monthly report schedule.
The report displays a count of clients assigned to each user in the system.
A scheduled monthly report will contain different information, depending on how you choose to filter the information.
Scheduled Monthly Report with a date filter
- This report will contain the data related to the scheduled time period.
e.g. all new client records created within the date filter
Scheduled Monthly Report with no date filter
- This report will contain all data in the system at the time of the report creation. e.g. all active clients or programs as at the time the report is run
