Scheduling is the process to create a task which will automatically run a BI report at a certain time and date.
You may choose to have the report stored in the BI repository, emailed to particular users, or both.
Scheduling allows you to set up regular reports to run and be distributed without having to log into Community BI or the CRM.
Scheduling User
When creating a scheduled report, only the creator of the schedule can edit or disable the schedule once saved.
The recommended option is to use a dedicated Scheduler user account when creating scheduled reports. Your CDS account manager can assist with setting up an account and migrating existing schedules to the account.
